Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Guests RSVP on a web page and receive their QR entry pass as a link that works in any phone browser — no app, no account.
Can the event page carry our company branding?
Yes. On the custom branding tier, your logo, colours and hero imagery appear across the registration page, the invitation opening and the entry pass — EntryGrid stays in the background.
What do we need at the door on event day?
Just phones or tablets with a browser. Your team — or ours, if you add on-site staff — scans passes with the device camera, with instant search as backup. Multiple stations work simultaneously.
Can we control what part-time door staff see?
Yes. Check-in-only accounts see nothing but the scanner screen for the events you assign them — no guest data management, no event settings.
